Will there be child care?

We are not able to provide child care at our Fall Conferences. However, there is a private baby room in the Sanctuary in the back, which will allow parents with babies to still hear the message. In addition, there is a private nursing room as well.

 

Will the conference and/or workshops be recorded?

Main sessions in the Sanctuary will be recorded. Only select workshops will be recorded. Please refer to your program to see which one’s will be video recorded.

 

Is there translation equipment?

Westside church has an account with INTERACTIO, which is an app that can be downloaded and used as a translation device. All main sessions will be translated into Spanish. Please go to your app store to download it free.

 

How can I pay FOR ONE NIGHT?

Our registration option of “Evening Sessions Only” would apply to Monday night and/or Tuesday night. The price is still the same, even if you decide to only come one night. This does not cover workshops or any of our morning sessions.

 

DO I NEED To show up with my EventbriTE ticket?

We operate under the honor system. We trust that if you show up for the conference, then you have also paid for it. As you arrive you will be greeted and directed to fill in your name on a badge and pick up a program. There will not be anyone trying to check your name off a list. So, there is no need to bring the ticket Event Bright sends you after you register.
